As all items are made to order, please allow between 3-5 working days for your purchase to be dispatched. Bespoke items may take longer and you will be given an estimate of this at the beginning of the bespoke process.

Simpson London endeavours to ship to most countries around the world. All purchases over £350 are eligible for complimentary shipping by using the code “FREESHIPPING” at the checkout.

Otherwise, shipping is charged at the following rates:

U.K: £8

EU: £12


Estimated delivery times for our shipments are next working day for addresses within the U.K., up to 3 working days for EU deliveries and up to 5 working days for the rest of the world.

You will be sent a tracking number for your item as soon as it is dispatched.

Please note that any import duties and taxes incurred in the country of destination are the responsibility of the customer and it is advised to check with your local import authority about your country’s import charges on online purchases from abroad before placing an order.


All our items may be personalised through a process of gold and silver foil stamping or blind embossing. You may choose to have any combination of up to five letters or numbers, with or without decimals. If you would like to personalise your item with a longer word, please do not hesitate to contact us and if there is enough space on the item, we will endeavour to fulfil your request.

Personalisation is subject to a charge of £7 per letter/number for items below £200. For items above this amount, we offer a complimentary personalisation service for up to five letters/numbers.

In order to have your item personalised, please select the appropriate personalisation option before adding your item to your shopping basket. You will then be presented with a form in which you are kindly requested to fill out your personalisation requirements. If you are not having your item personalised, please select “none” in this form and you may continue shopping or go straight to the checkout.

It is recommended that you decide whether you would like your item personalised at the time of purchase. However, if you decide you would like to add this afterwards, please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our utmost fo fulfil your request.

Please note that personalised items will not be eligible for an exchange or refund unless they are proven faulty.

Whether you would like a design from one of our main collections in a different colour or material or have a vision for something completely different, we pride ourselves in working closely with our bespoke customers to realise personal requests in the finest leathers and CITES certified exotic skins through meticulous craftsmanship. All items from Simpson London are beautifully packaged and presented in a Simpson London box. Larger items are also accompanied with a protective dust bag.


We can accept payments by Visa (credit and debit cards), Mastercard (credit and debit cards), American Express, Diner’s Club, JCB, Apple Pay or Paypal via our website, which is supported by Stripe’s secure payment processing software.



Products ordered online may be returned for a refund or exchange if they are returned unused and in their original condition. You must notify us within 14 days of receipt of your order and provide a proof of purchase. Items must be accompanied by the original documentation. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Please ensure that all Simpson London returns are sent to our address via recorded delivery by an insured carrier. Simpson London cannot be held liable for any returned items that fail to arrive or the cost of postage. Simpson London will not be liable for any customs or duties charges incurred when returning goods.

We will contact you once we have received the returned item. If you have requested an exchange, please note that the fulfilment of your request is subject to availability and inspection of the returned item.

Any goods that are returned outside of the return period, damaged or worn or sent without the original documentation will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer.

Please be advised that we are not able to offer any form of refund or exchange for personalised leather goods.

If you believe your products are faulty, please contact us about your concerns as soon as possible.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights..


We reserve the right to cancel the contract between you and us if: a) we have insufficient stock to deliver the Products you have ordered; or b) we do not deliver to your area/territory; or c) one or more of the items you have ordered was listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error or an error in the pricing information received by us from our suppliers.

If we do cancel your contract we will notify you by email and will re-credit to your account any sum deducted by us from your credit card as soon as possible, within 28 days of your order. We will not be obliged to offer any additional compensation for disappointment suffered.
